By using this website or purchasing from Natural Coherence, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products and Availability

  • All products are printed to order.
  • Product images are provided for reference. Slight variations in color, print placement, texture, or finish may occur due to screen settings, garment material, and the print-on-demand production process.
  • Product availability, pricing, and product details may change without notice.

Orders and Payment

  • Payment is processed at checkout.
  • You are responsible for reviewing your order details, shipping address, product selection, size, color, and quantity before completing your purchase.
  • You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in production and cancellation may no longer be possible.
  • Natural Coherence reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an error in product information, pricing, payment processing, availability, or suspected misuse of the website.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Production and delivery details are described in our Shipping Policy.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, local delivery conditions, or factors outside our control.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product and delivery address.
  • If an order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on where each product is produced.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

  • Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy.
  • Because products are printed to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection, color preference, accidental purchase, or change of mind once production has started.
  • Replacements or refunds may be offered for items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or affected by a confirmed production error.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for free replacement or refund.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Natural Coherence.
