Because each item is printed to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size selection, color preference, accidental orders, or change of mind. Please review size charts, product details, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Quality Guarantee

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • There is a printing or manufacturing error
  • The wrong item, size, color, or design was shipped

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund. In most cases, no return shipment is required for defective or incorrect items.

Returns for Size, Color, or Change of Mind

Because each item is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection, color preference, accidental purchase, or change of mind once production has started.

Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing or product details, contact us before purchase and we will help you choose.

Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will help investigate the issue. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement when appropriate.

Delivered but not received: If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building, and the carrier. If you still need help, contact us and we will review the situation.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for free replacement or refund.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in production and cancellation may no longer be possible.
