Production and Sustainability
Most Natural Coherence products are printed to order. Items are produced after you place your order, which helps reduce overproduction, unnecessary inventory, and waste.
Some products may also include eco-conscious material options. These details are listed on the product page when available.
We work with trusted print partners in different regions. Whenever possible, orders are routed to a production partner close to your delivery location to reduce shipping time and unnecessary transport.
Order Process
- Your order is sent to a trusted print partner.
- The item is produced, checked for quality, and packaged.
- The order ships directly to you, with tracking provided when available.
Production and Delivery Times
Delivery time includes both production time and shipping time.
Production time: Most items are produced within 2–7 business days. Production time may vary depending on the product, print partner, order volume, and seasonal demand.
Shipping time after production:
- Canada and USA: usually 2–7 business days after production
- Canada, when produced internationally: usually 7–15 business days after production
- International orders: usually 10–30 business days after production, depending on destination and carrier
Remote regions, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or local delivery conditions may require additional time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, delivery address, and shipping method available for your order. You will see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Tracking
Tracking is provided when available. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Multiple Items and Separate Packages
Some orders include items produced by different print partners. As a result, shipping costs and delivery times may vary by item and destination, and items may arrive in separate packages.
Expedited Shipping
Priority or Express shipping may be available depending on the product, print partner, and delivery destination. Faster options will appear at checkout when supported.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Natural Coherence.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for free replacement or refund.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will help investigate the issue. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement when appropriate.
Delivered but not received: If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building, and the carrier. If you still need help, contact us and we will review the situation.
