Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?
Natural Coherence products are printed to order. Production usually takes 2–7 business days before shipping. Shipping time is added after production and depends on the product, destination, and print partner used for the order.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product and delivery address. You will see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted print partners in different regions. Whenever possible, your order is produced by a partner close to your delivery location to reduce shipping time and unnecessary transport.

Will I receive tracking?
Tracking is provided when available. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on where each product is produced.

What kind of materials do you use?
Our products are selected for everyday use, visual quality, and print compatibility. Apparel is printed on carefully chosen garments, while posters and art prints use quality paper suitable for detailed artwork.

Will the colors look exactly the same in person?
Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, display settings, and the material being printed. We prepare each design to preserve the character, contrast, and visual strength of the artwork as clearly as possible.

Are the products made by Natural Coherence?
The designs are created by Natural Coherence. Physical production is handled by trusted print partners so that each item can be made to order with consistent print quality.

Why are products printed to order?
Printing to order helps reduce waste by producing items only after they are purchased. It also allows Natural Coherence to offer a wider range of designs without holding unnecessary inventory.

Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Because each item is printed to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, color preference, or accidental orders once production has started.

Can I exchange for a different size?
We cannot exchange sizes after an item has been printed. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before purchase and we will help you choose.

Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in production and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Where do the designs come from?
Natural Coherence designs are rooted in classical Chinese cosmology, including hexagrams, trigrams, seasonal cycles, symbolic animals, and correlative patterns. The work is meant to be worn, displayed, and lived with, not treated as decoration alone.

What does “Natural Coherence” mean?
Natural Coherence refers to the ordered relationship between nature, time, image, body, and daily life. The brand uses visual design to express these relationships through apparel, calendars, prints, and functional objects.

How can I learn more about the meaning behind the designs?
We share design notes, stories, and background material through product descriptions, blog posts, and email updates. You can subscribe to the email list to receive new releases and explanations.

Do you release new designs?
Yes. Natural Coherence releases new designs over time, often connected to seasonal movement, symbolic themes, or specific cosmological ideas.
