Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?
Most items ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery within Canada usually takes 5–10 business days. International orders may take longer depending on location.

Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the product and destination. You’ll see the full cost at checkout. Occasionally we run promotions that include free shipping.

Where do you ship from?
We work with print partners closest to your location whenever possible to reduce shipping time and environmental impact.

Products

What kind of materials do you use?
All apparel is printed on high-quality fabrics with eco-conscious inks. Posters and prints use FSC-certified paper with a matte finish.

Will the colors look the same in person?
Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, but every product is checked for quality before shipping.

Do you make everything yourself?
Our designs are created by Natural Coherence and printed by trusted partners. This ensures consistent quality while allowing us to focus on the depth and meaning behind each design.

Returns & Exchanges

What if something arrives damaged?
If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos, and we’ll replace it at no cost.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Since items are printed on demand, we can’t exchange sizes once printed. Please double-check size charts before ordering.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in production.
